Little plane is blocked in the mouse mouth, Florida; The 3 on board killed

The three people aboard a small plane were killed when the plane crashed into Boca Mouse, Florida, Friday morning, according to local officials and the Federal Aviation Administration.

“The plane apparently had some mechanical problems and went down here in Military Trail,” said Michael Lasalle, Chief of Boca Fire Rescue Firefighters, at a press conference. “In addition, there was a car on the ground.”

A man in the car suffered non -mortal wounds, Lasalle said.

“He hit a tree for all the rubble and the fire,” Lasalle said.

The Cessna 310R took off from Boca Mouse airport and headed to the Tallahassee International Airport, the FAA said. He was in the air for a little less than 20 minutes before he crashed, according to Flightradar24.

Dillon Smith was in his office when he saw the plane flying “extremely low” and it seemed that he would hit the roof of a nearby building, he told him West Palm Beach Abc Affiliated WPBF.

“I saw the plane, basically, return, return, and I heard it and I saw it pass through our building,” said Smith.

He lost sight of the plane, but said that “he returned, it seemed that maybe he was going to him [nearby Boca Raton] airport.”

“I just saw him fall under the trees” and “I heard a boom,” said Smith. He said that the windows of his office shook and saw a “fireball.”

The video shows what seems to be the remains of the small plane on the railroad tracks next to a road. The fire caused by the accident has been extinguished.

“Our thoughts and prayers are with families and all those affected,” said Boca Mouse Mayor Scott Singer.
